• Fresh fruits (strawberries, grapes, anything you like)
• 1 cup sugar
• ½ cup water
• Ice bowl (for sugar crack test)
• Skewers

Any water will ruin the sugar glass.

Add:
1 cup sugar + ½ cup water → DO NOT stir.
Boil until it becomes thick, clear & bubbly.
